🌅 HE IS RISEN! 🌅

This Easter, Pastor Mike reminded us of something powerful: "A dead Savior can't help us... but Jesus is ALIVE."

The angel's words still echo today: "He is not here, for He has risen—just as He said."

Here's what hit me hardest: Jesus didn't rise from the grave just to give us a ticket to heaven someday. He rose so we could have LIFE—full, abundant, ALIVE life—right now, today.

🌴 PALM SUNDAY REFLECTION 🌴

This Sunday we explored a powerful question: What if the thing you're disappointed in is actually the thing you need most?

The crowd expected a conquering king on a war horse. Jesus showed up on a donkey. 🫏

They wanted external change. He offered internal transformation.

They shouted "Hosanna!" on Sunday... but by Friday, they were crying "Crucify him!"

Why? Unmet expectations.

Here's the truth Pastor Mike shared: "Jesus didn't come to fix your life. He came to save your soul."

Sometimes we want Jesus to rearrange our circumstances when what we really need is for Him to redeem our hearts. 💔➡️❤️

🌟 Joy to the World: Hope When You Feel Hopeless 🌟

This week, we kicked off our Christmas series with a powerful message on hope. 🎄✨ We learned that hope isn't just a feeling—it's a person, and His name is Jesus. Whether you're waiting for a miracle, longing for healing, or seeking peace in a difficult situation, remember that hope has perfect timing and is coming again.

🌟 Sermon Reflection: The Heart of God's Love 🌟

Hey Joy Church family and friends! 🙌

Today’s sermon was a powerful reminder of the difference between a transactional faith and a covenantal relationship with God. Pastor Mike challenged us to move beyond seeing God as a "vending machine" and instead embrace the eternal, love-sustained covenant He offers us. 💖

We were reminded that God’s love isn’t about what we can do for Him, but about who He is and His relentless pursuit of our hearts. How amazing is it that we are loved just as we are, without needing to earn it? 🙏

Hello Joy Church Family & Friends!

This week's message is dedicated to Baptisms & Testimonies. Come join us and watch the livestream. There is a podcast audio but there is no transcript, hand-out or devotional. They will all return next week when we return to the Christian-ish series.
