Rehab - When The Walls Fall

Speaker:   Kathy Mavity

๐Ÿงฑ Rehab: When The Walls Fall ๐Ÿงฑ

What wall are you facing today? ๐Ÿงฑ

This Sunday, Pastor Kathy reminded us that the walls in our livesโ€”fear, broken relationships, unanswered prayers, financial strugglesโ€”often feel impossible to move. But just like the walls of Jericho, what looks permanent to us is only temporary to God.

Here's the powerful truth: Just because you can't see God moving doesn't mean He isn't moving.

๐ŸŒŠ BAPTISM SUNDAY RECAP ๐ŸŒŠ

What a powerful day at Joy Church! We celebrated 11 people publicly declaring "I have decided to follow Jesus" through baptism!

Pastor Mike reminded us that Easter isn't just meant to be CELEBRATED - it's meant to be STEPPED INTO.

๐Ÿ’ญ Here's our question for you:

What was YOUR response to the Easter message? How did encountering the resurrection of Jesus change the direction of your life?

๐ŸŒ… HE IS RISEN! ๐ŸŒ…

This Easter, Pastor Mike reminded us of something powerful: "A dead Savior can't help us... but Jesus is ALIVE."

The angel's words still echo today: "He is not here, for He has risenโ€”just as He said."

Here's what hit me hardest: Jesus didn't rise from the grave just to give us a ticket to heaven someday. He rose so we could have LIFEโ€”full, abundant, ALIVE lifeโ€”right now, today.

๐ŸŒด PALM SUNDAY REFLECTION ๐ŸŒด

This Sunday we explored a powerful question: What if the thing you're disappointed in is actually the thing you need most?

The crowd expected a conquering king on a war horse. Jesus showed up on a donkey. ๐Ÿซ

They wanted external change. He offered internal transformation.

They shouted "Hosanna!" on Sunday... but by Friday, they were crying "Crucify him!"

Why? Unmet expectations.

Here's the truth Pastor Mike shared: "Jesus didn't come to fix your life. He came to save your soul."

Sometimes we want Jesus to rearrange our circumstances when what we really need is for Him to redeem our hearts. ๐Ÿ’”โžก๏ธโค๏ธ

๐ŸŒŸ Joseph - When Fear Meets Grace ๐ŸŒŸ

Hello, Joy Church family!

๐Ÿ™ What are you holding onto so tightly that you need to release to God? ๐Ÿ™

This Sunday, Pastor Kathy reminded us of something powerful: "When we're holding onto things so tightly to stay in control, we can't receive what God wants to give us." Joseph's brothers walked into Egypt expecting judgment... but they received grace instead. ๐Ÿ’™ Just like them, we often carry guilt, fear, or past mistakesโ€”thinking we're disqualified from God's goodness.

But here's the truth: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

๐ŸŒŸ Joseph - Dreams ๐ŸŒŸ

Hello, Joy Church family!

๐Ÿ™Œโœจ Just because you can't see God working... doesn't mean God stopped working. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’”

Have you ever felt like your dreams were buried under years of setbacks? In this powerful message, Pastor Kathy uncovers how God transformed Joseph's twenty-year journey from pit to palace into an epic story of redemption. Through Joseph's emotional reunion with his betrayers, we witness how the very brothers who sold him into slavery unknowingly fulfill the dreams they once mocked. Pastor Kathy reveals a profound truth: "When God gives a promise, pain cannot cancel it." Whether you're waiting on God's timing or seeking healing from past wounds, this message offers hope that your hardest chapter could become your greatest testimony. Don't miss this compelling reminder that God is still writing your story.
